TWIN CRUMBLE
I'm not supposed to wake up early this morning but because the noise made by my cramming sisters bothered me, I have no choice. They were always like that, sooo scruffy. I wonder when they will be conscious about being well-kept. Stress is always within me whenever I’m into fixing and organizing their unruly stuff like their unruly lives. Just like what happened earlier, the two were so fidget because she can’t find the ribbon for her uniform and that the guard will not allow her to enter the school and the other one with a participation in the program to be held today and should not be late. They start crying because of my uneasy father that makes them pressured plus the little too left time.
I supposed what happen this morning to them will be a lesson. I wish. She leaves the house without her complete uniform not knowing what her punishment will be. On the other hand, I can’t be so angry to them. We don’t have our mother here, get my point? When I’m at their age, our mother prepare everything we need and even if it’s two years ago that she went abroad, obviously their still inept. My task is of course to guide them.
SAME SEX MARRIAGE IS A CRIME
Forum we held last month regarding on gender issues
When my sisters left, I decided not to go back to sleep and watch the breaking news. When I started watching the TV seriously, luckily I'm into my favorite session I used to follow, the Punto Por Punto by Tonying in Magandang Umaga Pilipinas. The topic was about the (I don't know if it's now proclaimed/promulgated or still under a study) same sex marriage should be categorized as a crime. I can't keep myself calm while listening to that religious chorva's explanation on why same sex couple wanting a marriage is committing a crime. He mentioned over and over that in a Christian country like ours, the foundation of morality is based on what is written on the holy bible. Even though what he pointed out is just the "same sex marriage" it is clear in his saying that being a gay is also a crime. My head aches. I remember the next point he said, marriage is a sacred ceremony for men and women for sexual union. Is sex the only thing matters in marriage? It's how he explained it. Paano daw makakabuo ang magkapareho?
Just now, I remember one of my instructors said in a discussion, "Marriage is just the LEGALITY for having SEX". I'm a Christian and do believe in the sayings of God, but I hate it when they're using the bible just to make the discrimination just. In my cooperative class, our professor keep on pointing us that in a business in order to be legal should be registered and a Certificate of Registration will certify the legality and as to marriage, the couple should face the altar or the ceremony of marriage to be legal and a Marriage Certificate will prove that they're accepted by the society. What I'm trying to say is that if marriage will be prohibited to same sex couples then there'll be no chance for them to be legal and forever their living will be considered as "illegal" in the eyes of judgmental people and their love for each other, that is forbid by the law, same sex relationship somehow is illegal. I understand the point they prohibits it because from their point of view it's unlawful but it's too much naman to proclaim it as a crime! There's a lot more criminal there who holds an office for us to focus on, there's a lot of crime committed in their names, isn't it more unlawful in the eyes of God? Isn't it more unlawful not to speak for the truth, the crimes of those holding an office not to be revealed? I think it has more significance than to think on how to promulgate the same sex marriage as a crime.
